1. General Provisions
This document describes the process of return and cancellation of operations on the Prepod.am services, owned by individual entrepreneur Sergei Khabarov (hereinafter - "we", "our", "store").
2. Right to Cancel Purchase
Customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. This period begins from the moment when the customer or a third party indicated by the customer receives the digital goods.
3. Return Process
If the customer decides to cancel the purchase, they should contact us by email hello@prepod.am and inform about their intention. After receiving the return request, we will process it and issue a confirmation of the cancellation.
4. Refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date, we will refund the cost of your order, minus the cost of services actually provided by us.
